It was easy to place orders. List price is a bit high but nothing crazy. Communication when primer takes longer than expected is poor have to chase and get an answer several days later. But usually deliver whats promised and provide extra labels and still include a paper copy of QC, very much appreciated. No shipping charge!

Genotyping and education
My lab sometimes needs designed oligos for genotyping experiments with high-school students. Actually I hesitated to order a long oligo once, because I felt it might be expensive and not be high enough quality. But that was a pointless concern. The long oligo from Merck worked very well and was cost effective, so we could establish a procedure to recognize a SNP genotype with normal agarose gel. Now we are preparing for a coming delivery-lecture in near future (maybe after coronavirus pandemic).
