The BioVeris M-SERIES® 384 Analyzer is a high throughput system for detection and measurement of bi-molecular interactions. The system provides reagent handling, detection, and analyses using BioVeris' patented electrochemiluminescent (ECL) technology. The instrument supports 96 well microplates, both standard and deep well formats, as well as standard 384 well microplates. The microplate carrier can be used for single plates or in an automated mode, is robot-ready, and requires no modifications for robotic gripper tools. For added convenience, a preconfigured 20 or 80 plate BV-TWIST™ robotic stacking system can be added.
The M-SERIES® 384 Analyzer analyzes bead-based assays in a homogeneous format, has a dynamic range up to 5 logs, and is compatible with a wide range of matrices. For customers who require the control and flexibility to adjust instrument parameters, the 384 Analyzer software allows users to customize instrument settings. The software is designed to enable this flexibility using the Detection Parameter Set Manager, which allows expert level users to modify detection parameters specifically for the assay they are running. These features simplify assay development and eliminate variability by eliminating the need for dilutions or off-line washes required by other systems.
