Application
The MagNA Pure LC Sample Cartridges are used for aliquoting the primary sample, and for eluting nucleic acids from the magnetic beads, as well as for storage on or outside the MagNA Pure LC Instrument. It contains 32 (4 x 8) separate vials, with a volume of 1.5 ml. The format is compatible with standard 8-well multichannel pipettes. The Sample Cartridges feature a bar-code labeling area, for attaching bar-code labels that are generated by the MagNA Pure LC Software 3.0 and printed by the MagNA Pure LC Barcode Printer TLP 2844 (Cat. No. 03 576 094 001).

The disposable plastics of the MagNA Pure LC Instrument meet stringent standards. They are guaranteed to be inert to most chemicals used in laboratory settings. Additionally, they are nuclease-free, pyrogen-free, ATP-free, and free of amplification (RT-PCR, PCR) inhibitors. The production process eliminates any contamination with biological substances. The disposable plastics are sterilized with gamma irradiation or E-beam. The package units are subdivided and packaged in separate, nuclease-free bags.
