MAVERICK provides real-time, in-line monitoring and control of multiple critical process parameters, right out of the box. Measurements of multiple critical parameters across media, across processes, across mammalian cell lines and across scales. MAVERICK is powered by Raman spectroscopy and a purpose-built De Novo Model. The De Novo Model is explicitly built on media chemistries and device physics, not on empirical data. It automatically interprets the Raman spectra and quantifies process parameters, enabling real-time simultaneous measurements of glucose, lactate, and total biomass. This is achieved without the complexity and costs associated with implementation of conventional bioprocess Raman analyzers. With MAVERICK you are ready to monitor your bioreactor in minutes, after a simple two-point probe calibration. There is no need to collect spectral data and reference measurements from multiple bioreactor runs, no empirical modeling, or dealing with autosamplers and reagents. to implement in-line bioprocess analysis. Your team can stay at the forefront of Bioprocessing 4.0 and fully harness the advantages of PAT. Intuitive setup and a user-friendly interface mean there is no training barrier to overcome. Up to six measurement modules can be connected to a single MAVERICK hub that enables independent monitoring and control of feeds in multiple bioreactors simultaneously. Save valuable bench space and increase efficiency.
