Medical laboratory
Kunal is always super nice and helpful. He always communicates when he will be here and what’s going on with the machines. I feel very confident in his abilities to fix problem or to do maintenance. The ELGA machines themselves are really easy to use and understand.

Research and Development
We have found out that the Medica Pro R120 so effective to our research applications that we increased our units from 16 in 2020 to nearly 40 units in a span of two years. High quality water is critical to our use and the lab owners have always relied on these water systems for accurate results. ELGA has been excellent in their service, after-sales care and have went out of their way to help us with any issues we had. The unit installation and setup process were seamless and the lab owners found it very easy to use. I would highly recommend customers to seek, explore and buy ELGA products!

I am very pleased with the ease of operation and maintenance with the ELGA system. When problems occur that are beyond the user scope of practice, the field service engineer is very prompt and knowledgeable. Service is expedited and the system is back in operation very quickly.
