Key Features
- Free from Guanidine salts and detergents.
- Contains Microzone’s proprietary PCR buffers to ensure strong amplification of targets.
- The lysate from a dry swab can be used directly into PCR and RT-qPCR without any interference to the PCR reaction (it can also be used directly with saliva and VTM).
- The product is stable for 12 months at –20°C, 8 months at 4°C and 1 week at 18-22°C (room temperature).
