Designed specifically for use in universities and in R&D, Microsart^® RESEARCH Bacteria provides rapid (2-4 hour) and reliable detection of >95% of all known bacteria. Use of a special Taqman^® probe and integration of an inhibition control in the master mix provide confidence in results and minimize prep time. Microsart^® RESEARCH Bacteria is compatible with any qPCR cycler that detects FAM^® and ROX^® so you can begin testing immediately using the equipment you already own.
