Microsart RESEARCH Mycoplasma

Microsart^® RESEARCH Mycoplasma enables a fast and reliable detection of Mycoplasma DNA in cell culture supernatants most applicable to R&D applications. Carefully selected primer-probe combinations are highly specific for a region within the 16S rRNA gene of at least 110 Mycoplasma species. The detection procedure can be performed within 3 hours. The use of TaqMan^® probes adds specificity to the PCR detection system. Only 2 uL of starting material is required. A standard qPCR cycler can be used for amplification. Evaluation is performed with standard cycler software.
