The Multi-Gen 7XL homogenizer package provides the most effective method for homogenizing multiple samples at a time. It includes the Bio-Gen PRO200 homogenizer, Multi-Gen adapter and a 12-pack of Multi-Gen 7XL generator probes ideal for homogenizing in microtubes from 1.5ml up to 50ml conical tubes.
PRO’s Multi-Gen 7XL generator probes are the only “green” homogenizing choice for your lab. Unlike existing throw-away, plastic disposable generator probes, Multi-Gen 7XL probes are constructed of 316 stainless steel and PTFE which makes them better for the environment and better for your sample. Compatible with all PRO homogenizer units, Multi-Gen 7XL probes are designed to provide precise, high-quality homogenizing results for even the toughest of samples that a plastic generator probe is incapable of providing. It has an open-slotted 7mm diameter, which is great to handle all types of samples, and its 115mm length can accommodate a wide range of tubes from 1.5ml micro-tubes to 50ml conical tubes.
There is no need to keep spending your lab’s money on consumable plastic generator probes or lab’s time on a standard homogenizing generator probe. The available multi-pack of Multi-Gen 7XL probes reduces cross contamination risk, by allowing you to process each sample with a clean Multi-Gen 7XL probe and eliminates cleaning between samples. You can process all your samples before you have to clean a Multi-Gen 7XL probe. When homogenization is complete, the unique Multi-Gen adapter allows for hands free ejection of the Multi-Gen 7XL probe and minimizes the chance of accidental cross contamination.
