MultiVial is a configurable system which offers fast and efficient processing of vials. The concept is based around weighing, vial imaging and marking or a combination. Handling glass and plastic vials from 1ml - 50ml, the platform can process up to nine SBS racks of mixed vials in one run. It can be dropped into any existing workflow owing to its collaborative arm and compact size. MultiVial’s open REST API enables seamless integration with other devices, and easy access to your data.

Laser etching labware is historically problematic and inconsistent. MultiVial’s laser etching capability has been fine tuned and tested to quickly and consistently mark a range of glass or plastic vial types. With configurable marking options, the system is capable of laser etching directly onto the vial to suit your upstream processes.

MultiVial’s collaborative design allows technicians to work safely in the same space. With an intuitive and simple interface, minimal training is required for new users. Weigh to an accuracy of up to 5 d.p. and mark up to 864 1ml vials or a combination of sizes in the same run.

Vial imaging can provide essential data for research and quality purposes in all areas of chemistry and materials science. The MultiVial system can capture crucial data for further analysis purposes such as vial fill volume, precipitate analysis, solid residue analysis and liquid phase separation. The camera can be used to photograph a cross section the vial, or take a continuous image of the entire inner surface of the vial.

  • Compatible with Micronic, Azenta (FluidX), Thermo Fisher (Matrix) and many more
  • Smart rack detection technology automatically detects the presence of racks as the user places them onto the instrument
  • Priority selection allows the user to prioritise a particular rack
  • Vial fill volume, precipitate detection, solid residue detection & liquid phase separation
