Fantastic electroporator with high transfection efficiency and high cell viability

Relatively easy to use once you figure out how to attach the special tips onto the Neon Pipette. I managed to achieve a high transfection efficiency while maintaining a high viability with the Neon Transfection system.

This is an electroporation system, which was really effective according to our results. It is easy to use, the protocol is clear and not complicated, the method is quick. The transfection effeciency was higher than 60-70%, compared to the Lipofectamine method. The only reason why it can not fit for you is the high price of the consumables, however it is worth it

Neon Transfection System is way easier when going for the transient transfection method and the electroporation makes the DNA enters the cells instant and makes the transfection easier.
