Use to separate aqueous polymers (often containing a N functional group) by hydrodynamic size
Polymers containing N functional groups can be difficult to eliminate column interactions. This column type allowed me to separate a very complex mixture of polymers when other aqueous GPC columns only had a smear of a peak.
