Opal Kits for Whole Slide Imaging are part of a practical workflow for the simultaneous detection of up to six tissue biomarkers plus nuclear counterstain within a single image, across the entire digital slide. The method is similar to standard immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is accessible to many laboratories where standard IHC method development is performed. These Kits are optimized for whole slide multispectral imaging with PhenoImager Fusion and PhenoImager HT (formerly Vectra Polaris) Instruments.
