This product has helped with testing and being able to batch tests and walk away from the instrument. The staff were very happy when we received this instrument. Easy to use. Maintenance is simple. Results are reliable and consistent. No duplicate or triplicate testing anymore. Very little downtime. Had to change the probe once but took minutes.

This osmometer is technically easy to use and decreases total sample run time and user commitment time. It is a reliable instrument. The thing I really appreciate about Advanced Instruments is their awesome phone technical support! As with most instruments the disposables are expensive... guess we all are use to that. The computer interface is a little clunky and I wish there was an update to the software. Overall, I would buy again. And I would definitely purchase from Advanced Instruments.

Analyze osmolality in serum and urine
This is a great instrument with very reliable results. The hardest part is pipetting the small sample size (20 ul) into the cuvettes without having bubbles. But being able to walk away from the instrument and come back for the results is well worth learning this technique.
