We relied on the Panther Fusion SARS-CoV-2 instrument during the last OMICRON surge to keep up with ever increasing testing capacity that we were experiencing. The Panther Fusion is a reliable instrument and the technical service is of the highest quality. Whenever we had a problem it was very easy to call customer service and speak to someone almost immediately. The engineering staff when called in were very knowledgeable and worked in a timely manner. We were very pleased with Hologic's product.
