It is very useful because it reduces human error dramatically however sometimes it may encounter longer turnaround times if the product break down. But it is extremely useful, replacing around 90% of manual testing.

I find this system useful for studying autoimmune diseases and it is easy to use. I would recommend it to colleagues, however, before purchasing the system, I would have liked to have known about the maintenance and support offered for this instrument.
