DNA purification
We have been beta testing Pronex beads upon request and we were immediately convinced to switch our supplier. We use lots of beads for NGS protocols. The bead properties, yields etc are better/same as other more expensive suppliers, however handling is much easier as they are more strongly magnetic and one can completely dry the beads after the last washing step.

The ProNex® Size-Selective Purification System enables the rapid and efficient magnetic resin-based purification of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) for next-generation sequencing (NGS), polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and general molecular biology applications. The ProNex® System allows users to select the desired size of purified dsDNA fragments, from 100bp to 750bp.
