This is an excellent kit to use in samples like waste water. Works very effectively especially when you need good quality and quantity of the extracted RNA using hard extracted samples. I am using this kit on an almost daily basis and it is giving very good and reproducible results. Happy to use it and would recommend if you have similar experiments to deal with.
