Product is good, but genomic dna is a byproduct and working up the pellet is horrible
Biochemistry
It takes 5 hours to complete this maxiprep from 500mL of broth if 2x 50mL tubes are used to spin the bacterial pellet down. The product is easy to use but contains always some genomic dna as byproduct. Working up the pellet is pain in the ass.
