Really easy to use. All of the procedures can be done in one and a half hours. The quality of the plasmids are pretty good, even 260/280 ratio is always around 1.9, but that would not affect transfection efficiency too much.

Endotoxin-Free Plasmid DNA Preparation
1. The column is very easy to use. 2. It can obtain high quality plasmid DNA, easy to use for transfection. 3 It can process 20-30 samples same-time, at high efficiency. 4. Only negative point is the results are inconsistent. I called tech support, they said can't use more than 20 ml of culture, But in the past, I got very high yield even from 100 ml of cultured bacteria and sometimes failed to get DNA from 20 ml of culture.

Low elution volumes yield highly concentrated plasmid DNA for direct use without ethanol precipitation. The QIAGEN Plasmid Plus Kits also feature a dedicated wash buffer for endotoxin reduction. The plasmid DNA obtained is highly suitable for a multitude of applications, including transfection into sensitive cell lines.
For optimal results it is recommended to use this product together with QIAvac 24 Plus.
