I was searching for a kit to facilitate my TCR sequencing from which the TCRseq will be used for my TCRavatar experiments for studying T1D autoimmunity. We tested different types of products from different companies or different homemade methods with few successes due to low detection sensitivity. The kit from QIASEQ surprised me as it allows to detect a low amount of TCR from a low frequency of TCR of interest. The procedure to generate NGS library is fast and least time-consuming, and the data, personally, I feel is the best one I have used.
