Recombinant Mouse IgG B2
Animal-free active blocking antibody
Recombinant mouse IgG is a novel, sustainable replacement to mouse IgG purified from animal serum, providing manufacturers a tightly controlled, non-animal derived blocking solution to efficiently reduce nonspecific antibody interference in diagnostic assays.
The recombinant mouse IgG B2 is designed to deliver equivalent or better blocking efficiency compared to serum-derived mouse IgG. This B2 recombinant mouse IgG was developed in a similar formuation as B1 but deliver a targeted blocking ability to specifically bind human anti-mouse antibodies present in serum/plasma samples and reduce non-specific binding in an immunoassay system using capture and detection antibodies. In certain protocols this directed binding is likely to result in a lower concentration requirement as compared with standard serum-derived mouse IgG.
