The Rotavapor R-220 Pro is very simple to learn to use. We make a lot of use of the saved solvent library as well as the ability to build a unique program for our specific needs. Any maintenance or troubleshooting issues we have had have been quickly and thoroughly addressed by Buchi technical support, and they are always pleasant to work with. This instrument is in nearly constant use daily and has held up extremely well!
