Sequencing
Genewiz provides amazing sequencing service. They have very convenient drop boxes at many Universities and labs (I used them when I worked at the University of Delaware and the University of Pittsburgh). Pickup is every day, the results can be available as early as in one day. Very convenient and user-friendly website, easy sample submission instructions. Plus, they provide 2 free repeats of the samples if something doesn't go right (which is extremely rare and usually means that there is something wrong with your sample - not their sequencing). Definitely recommend!

Analyse and verify PCR products
It is easy to analyze the raw data generated by GeneWiz. However, ordering for the sequencing is a bit tricky and it was nice for the sales team to guide me step by step in the ordering of the sequencing barcodes, which are needed to get sequencing requested.
