LAMP Assay kit for SARS-CoV-2 samples
The protocol was confusing and hard to follow. The assay itself was fairly simple, but it was hard to understand after a few read throughs. After that's figured out, the kit is incredibly simple and we are so excited with the results. With such a low input viral RNA, we were still able to get a positive readout. This will greatly improve the efficiency of our workflow and we are excited for the potential improvements this will have on our technology development. Thank you NEB!
