Instrument takes time to equilibrate.

From my experience so far, the instrument requires a lot of time for equilibration. At least half a day! During sample analysis for GLP studies, instrument signals are not stable towards the end of the run. This is usually frasturating because it uses up your sample.

I like this equipment because I am forcusing ion mobility on my work. I can not seperate isomer compounds by normal chromatography methods. I need to couple chromathography with mass spectrometer and ion mobility measurements. I think that this hyphenated equipment is strong enough to analysis isomers.
