Features of the VN Series:
- The modified diol groups on the packing material create the HILIC mode
- Suitable for oligosaccharide and oligonucleotide separation which is not possible by SEC column or conventional HILIC columns
Features of the VN-50 2D
- The VN-50 2D is packed with a diol functionalized polyvinyl alcohol (PVA solid support). The column is specially optimized for use in LC/MS and LC/UV/MS separations. The modified diol groups on the surface of the resin packing material contribute to HILIC mode separation. The column is suitable for oligosaccharide and oligonucleotide separation which is not possible by size exclusion chromatography (SEC) or by conventional HILIC separation.
