They are packed with strong acid cation exchange gel prepared from a rigid resin of styrene divinylbenzene copolymer. Smaller sugars, such as mono and disaccharides, are separated using a combination of ligand exchange and size exclusion chromatography modes. On the other hand, it is also suitable for the molecular weight analysis of larger sugars, such as oligo saccharides and polysaccharides, using its size exclusion chromatography mode. The columns with different exclusion limits are available. Please select columns with target molecular weight ranges that meet the molecular weight range of your samples.
