The Spotlight 400 can be used in the mid- or near-IR spectral ranges, as well as dual-range, depending on whether, respectively, the Spectrum 100, Spectrum 100N or Spectrum 400 mid-/near- spectrometer is used.
Spotlight 400 FTIR Imaging System Features:
- Solid-state white light illumination.
- Fully-automated focus, stage movement and illumination.
- Duet™ detector design containing a single element MCT detector and a linear array MCT imaging detector.
- Very high sensitivity providing high quality data down to the accepted diffraction limits
- Rapid-scan IR imaging.
- 6.25µm, 25µm and 50µm pixel resolution to give flexibility in spacial resolution and imaging line.
