"QuEChERS” (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged, and Safe) - Supel™ QuE Citrate Extraction Tube, pk of 50, suitable for EN 15662:2008 per BS
Dispersive SPE (dSPE), often referred to as the "QuEChERS" method, is an emerging sample prep technique that is becoming increasingly popular in the area of multi-residue pesticide analysis in food and agricultural products. In dSPE, food/agricultural samples are first extracted with aqueous miscible solvents in the presence of high amounts of salt and/or buffering agents followed by SPE clean up. Unlike traditional methods that use SPE tubes, in dSPE clean up is facilitated by mixing bulk amounts of SPE with the extract. Supelco now carries a line of centrifuge tubes containing pre-determined amounts of salts and SPE sorbents to support the most common dispersive SPE methods used today.
Supelco offers vials and centrifuge tubes in bulk quantities, each packed with pre-determined amounts of salts and SPE sorbents to support the most common method configurations used today. This saves the analyst the time taken to weigh out the individual materials multiple times.
Our Dispersive SPE Customization Service features:
• 50 mL centrifuge tubes
• 12 mL centrifuge tubes
• 2 mL microcentrifuge tubes
• Glass vials
• A wide selection of Sigma-Aldrich/Supelco salts, reagents, and SPE phases
