SureCell ATAC-Seq Library Prep Kit
The SureCell ATAC-Seq Library Prep Kit and ATAC-Seq Analysis Toolkit enable reproducible genome-wide profiling of the epigenomic landscape at the single-cell level with a high number of unique reads per cell so you can better understand the mechanisms that drive how genes are regulated. Features and Benefits Greater than 65% and up to 95% cell capture efficiency Adjustable cell throughput range of as few as…
Library prep
It's easy to use and gives exact data for genes in little time so we can collect and diagnose more test regularly, giving good value for the money. It is also easy use.

Regulation of gene expression
The product is very effective, easy to handle and most importantly, it gives accurate results. The products are a bit expensive and the company needs to improve the quality of after-sales care in developing countries such as Egypt.

Epigenetics and chromatin regulation
We have been investigating chromatin modifiers for a few years. We have observed robust single agent activity in our efficacy studies. We confirmed our compounds ability to increase antigen presentation machinery and modulate relevant immune cell populations. However, we wanted to investigate its mechanism of action. We have used the SureCell ATAC-Seq Library Prep Kit to confirm our data-set and we highlighted a novel mechanism for chromatin regulation. The quality of the data and service was amazing and reduced the time to prepare the samples for sequencing, especially when we had lots of samples.
