The Agilent SurePrint G3 ISCA v2 CGH 8x60K Microarray is designed with 60 KB overall median probe spacing and enhanced coverage on ISCA regions. The microarray includes 18,851 distinct biological features in ISCA regions and 40,208 backbone probes. In addition, the microarray contains a range of internal quality control features.

  • 60 KB overall median probe spacing (higher in ISCA regions).
  • Each microarray contains over 59,059 distinct biological features (18,851 distinct biological features in ISCA regions and 40,208 backbone probes).
  • The probe design and selection have been carefully optimized and validated for maximal sensitivity and specificity.
  • Probes are annotated against NCBI Build 37 (UCSC hg19, February 2009).
  • The microarray contains internal quality control features to ensure accurate results.
  • Agilent provides validated protocols and reagents to process fresh frozen DNA (SureTag DNA Labeling Kit) and degraded or FFPE samples (ULS Labeling Kit).
