The Accel-NGS Methyl-Seq DNA Library prep utilizes Adaptase technology for capturing single-stranded DNA molecules in an unbiased manner. As bisulfite treatment of samples damages DNA, Swift Biosciences’ single-strand compatible Adaptase technology maximizes recovery of DNA from bisulfite-converted samples. The resultant libraries accurately represent sample base composition of the entire genome for the analyzed organism. The technology has quickly become the gold standard for providing the most comprehensive coverage of the methylome.
