This product has been terrific for us. The price was right, it was very easy to set up (just a couple of minutes) and it works like a champ. You can set it to send text messages to your phone or emails. It is possible to have alerts sent to multiple people if you desire. If you install the app on your phone you can see historical data for temperature and humidity. It is your option how often to have the data points measured. It runs off 2 AA batteries and adheres to your equipment via a Velcro strip. I didn't give 5 stars for after sales care simply because when I called to ask if they had a unit that would work in a -80 C freezer the answer was not yet, but they are working on one. I haven’t needed any after sales care. I definitely would order this product again.
