Thermo Scientific* ARL OPTIM'X WDXRF Spectrometer provides all the advantages of wavelength dispersive X-ray elemental analysis at a fraction of the cost of higher-powered systems.

Its innovative optics, small footprint, and ease of operation and maintenance lead to a significantly lower cost of ownership without sacrificing precision or sensitivity. Its dynamic range spans the periodic table from fluorine (F) to uranium (U).

This amazing instrument is available with power levels of 50W or 200W that deliver extraordinary performance thanks to Ultra Closely Coupled Optics. For added performance or speed, the ARL OPTIM'X may also be configured with sequential and/or simultaneous elemental analysis capability.

Across a wide range of routine yet demanding industrial applications, the ARL OPTIM'X delivers outstanding value.

ARL OPTIM'X WDXRF Spectrometer Features:

  • Ultra Closely Coupled Optics (UCCO) technology provides equivalent performance to much higher-powered systems
  • The innovative SmartGonio compact goniometer covers all elements from fluorine (F) to uranium (U) in sequential mode
  • No water cooling or gas supply required (most configurations)
  • Can be configured with a series of Multichromators* for simultaneous analysis and/or with a SmartGonio* with 3 crystals for sequential analysis and flexibility
  • When speed of analysis is critical, a series of up to eight fixed channels can be selected in a simultaneous configuration
