The Arrayscan XTI Infinity High Content Platform builds on more than a decade of R&D and utilizes optics from worldwide leaders in image capture. The proprietary AccuFocus System is fast for imaging cells, organelles, and low contrast targets. Coupled with intuitive HCS Studio Cell Analysis Software and Store Image and Database Management Software, Standard Edition, the platform facilitates automated, quantitative cellular and subcellular imaging and analysis.
Features:
- Integrated confocal capability—Next-generation CARV disk with high-speed Nipkow design with 40μm and 70μm pinholes are designed for low- and high-NA flexibility
- Label–free imaging—ArrayScan Bright Field Module adds white light illumination to high content screening (HCS) experiments, allowing imaging of morphological features and interleaving the resulting data with fluorescence data from the same sample
- Sensitive—highly sensitive camera with 4.5μm/pixel resolution, 14-bit dynamic range, and 2208x2208 pixel array
- Imaging living cells—The Live Cell Module provides full control of temperature (ambient to 45°C), CO2 (0-10%) and added humidity (>90% RH) to the sample chamber
- Seven-color, LED Solid-State Light Engine—reduces intensity fluctuations and optical component wear, eliminates moving parts, and reduces both integration and channel switching times, all while adding expanded fluorescence capabilities.
