Discover the key to consistent spheroid growth with the new range of Thermo Scientific™ Nunclon™ Sphera treated flasks, dishes and microplates. The non-binding surface supports many different cell types and their ability to generate spheroids that grow in volume over time – enabling consistent, repeatable cell growth. Improved consistency over non-treated surfaces enables growth of 3D cancer cultures, simulating the structures of tumor growth, providing a more realistic environment for studying tumor cell progression. The Nunclon Sphera surface also outperforms other treated surfaces for superior embryoid body formation of pluripotent stem cells with minimal spontaneous differentiation.
