Great results, saves lots of time!
Buffer exchange of stressed samples
Zeba spin desalting columns are an effective method of buffer exchange for stressed samples. They are easy to use and the recovery is reproducible though depending on the sample it can be kind of low at times. I would recommend them for use in buffer exchange as the process is much shorter than spin concentration.

Zeba Spin Desalting Columns and Plates are polypropylene devices containing a proprietary high-performance size-exclusion resin for effective removal of salts and other small molecules (< 2000 daltons) while providing excellent recovery for protein larger than 40,000 daltons. Available in 5 different spin columns sizes, 96-well filter spin plates, Zeba Desalting Devices provide trouble-free desalting and buffer exchange for sample volumes ranging from 5µL to 4mL. The easy-to-use spin column format dramatically improves results over standard drip-column methodologies and the 96-well spin plate format enables more high-throughput processing.
