Thiazovivin is a selective inhibitor of Rho-associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase (ROCK), a serine/threonine kinase that plays a role in cell polarity, contraction, and actin cytoskeleton reorganization. (Xu et al.)

REPROGRAMMING
