TSKgel STAT columns were designed to increase throughput for high efficiency separations of biomolecules. The nonporous, hydrophilic base material provides superior performance at reduced analysis time.

The TSKgel STAT series encompasses a range of anion and cation exchange chromatography columns, suitable for various applications from research to quality control. Available in three different chemistries, the TSKgel STAT series columns are packed with mono-disperse, nonporous particles of which the surface consists of an open access network of multi-layered ion-exchange groups.

The innovative bonding chemistry combined with a relatively large particle size results in a respectable loading capacity and a low operating pressure. Specific application needs are addressed by offering various column formats and particle sizes: Short 3 mm ID columns packed with ten micron particles are ideally suited for fast and ultrafast analysis, as applied in rapid candidate screening or process monitoring. High resolution separations are achieved by using longer columns packed with smaller beads. The DNA-STAT column with 5 micron anion exchange particles is optimized for the analysis oligonucleotides or RNAi.


TSKgel STAT Columns Features:
