TSP Controller
The TSP controller, available in compact standard half rack, operates the Agilent TSP filament cartridge and Agilent mini Ti-ball. This controller provides 300 watts of source power to either cartridge as well as 100 watts of standby power as required by the mini Ti-ball. Combine the TSP controller, cartridge, and cryopanel for maximum UHV/XHV performance.
