The uniTOC uses the principle of full oxidation by UV. The process can be enhanced with an additional dosage of reagent (Phosphoric acid/Persulfate). The carbon dioxide produced by decomposition is quantified by the NDIR detector and the TOC value is calculated.
uniTOC advantages:
- NDIR detector - TOC is detected directly over CO2 and not via a 3rd parameter (conductivity), therefore there is no limit to conductivity.
- Available for two ranges of TOC
- Nine-month UV lamp life guarantee - 50% longer lifetime range than usual
Specifications:
- Method & detection: UV oxidation (full) & NDIR
- Sample volume flow:
- 20 mL (low range)
- 5 mL loop (high range)
- TOC range:
- 2 to 5000 ppb (low range)
- 15 ppb to 20 ppm (high range)
