Medical diagnostics via Multiplex PCR
The design feels very easy to hold comfortably in the hands. Really appreciate the ease of use of pre-installed or custom-made programs. Dispense volumes are very uniform as well, provided that the tip is properly secured to the pipette. If there is an issue with this, first ensure the tip is properly secured, and if volumes continue to be inconsistent replace rubber o-ring on the pipette. Charge lasts quite a long time as well, and the pipette is very easy to clean. Overall a great purchase that saves time and minimizes repetitive motion, provided the instrument is used properly.

Pipetting 384-well plates for qPCR analysis
I use the 12.5ul single-channel electronic pipette for pipetting the primer in 384-well plates for qPCR analysis. I use the "Repeat Dispense" functionality and aspirate 12ul to subequently pipette 1ul of the primer master mix into 12 wells. I use this in conjunction with the 125ul 8-channel VIAFLO pipette to get my qPCR plates pipetted efficiently, accurately and most importantly, ergonomically with minimal strain on my hand and wrist.

Attachment and ejection forces are among the lowest on the market.
The VIAFLO electronic pipettes feature a colour display and an intuitive touch wheel user interface. This enables quickest volume changes and easy, ergonomic modification of pipetting parameters. Ten predefined protocols are available, such as Repeat Dispense, Serial Dilute, Sample Mix and more. In addition, up to 40 customized protocols can be created and stored on the pipette.
