The Wizard ® SV 96 Genomic DNA Purification System provides a high-throughput, membrane-based technique for consistent preparation of genomic DNA from cultured cells and tissue, including mouse tails. Amplifiable genomic DNA can be isolated from up to 5 × 106 cells, 20mg of tissue or up to 1.2cm of a mouse tail tip without a centrifugation clearing step.
