Purify PCR products for cloning
I used the Wizard SV Gel and PCR Clean-Up kit to purify PCR products I needed to make a MoClo basic part. The kit was easy to use, quick and gave me a high concentration of DNA. It was also very easy to purchase, we have a fridge containing the kit at UCL Bioscience stores.

Up to 95% recovery is achieved depending upon the DNA fragment size. PCR products are commonly purified to remove excess nucleotides and primers. This membrane-based system, which can bind up to 40μg of DNA, allows recovery of isolated DNA fragments or PCR products in as little as 15 minutes, depending on the number of samples processed.
