Real time metabolic assays with human cells
The Seahorse xFP analyzer is the mini version and uses a 8 well assay format which is ideal for small samples. In translational research when all the samples are not available at the same time and the assays needs fresh cells this little table top instrument is just perfect. I am able to run my samples as soon as I receive these. I avoid a freeze-thaw cycle which has a high impact on the real time metabolic assays. I deal for my work. Results are reproducible and it is easy to work with. There is a lot of very relevant information as well on the website and the technical support is also great.
