Application: We have used JXN centrifuge to isolate the microbial products. It is perfect equipment for microbial recombinant products isolation from supernatant. Experience: Our team found it easy to use. Not any extreme training requirements and easy to install rotor including lids. Whenever any alarms pop up its shows with description. You can troubleshoot same if alarm is related to door latch or vaccum creation Services: Beckman Coulter service team is subject matter expert and prompt available at site. They are well trained but you have to compromise with person as each time same person is not addressing the issue however they only left post resolution of issue. They also train you what to ask an immediate action of any alarms or issue occurred with machine. We have also found its operating system user friendly as easy to set id and password. Also you can make programme with your requirement. Like RPM, temperature, time. Also back up process is multiple like USB, LAN and online printer. Note: For long duration we have observed damages with some of the parts.
