Microfluidics platform to perform single cell partitioning and barcoding
This product is effective and easy to use. The result is reproducible. The run time is about 20 min after the chip loading of about 15-30min. Just make sure to put glycerol in empty well on the chip, to avoid creating bubbles in the channels in the Controller. The maintenance is minimal and warranty plan is not expensive. The least about this Controller is occasionally there's clogging of chip that even though you already did what was suggested; luckily it doesn't happen often.

The 10x genomics single-cell TCR protocol is easy to use and rarely fails when loaded at proper cell number. The biggest failure is often caused by loading too many cell and clogging the fluidics. The biggest downside is the cost of reagents and no bulk order discount.

The processing price is expensive and we can run 8 samples at the same time and less than 8 samples lead to waste of utility.
