Human Genome CGH Microarray 105A is a dual-color HD array containing 60-mer high quality probes. The microarray is a non-targeted assay for genome-wide DNA copy number variation profiling without amplification or complexity reduction. It is designed with 22 Kb genome-wide median probe spacing and enhanced coverage on known genes (19Kb), promoters, miRNAs, PAR and telomeric regions.
