This ready-to-use kit is intended for the purification of poly (A)+ mRNA from cultured cells, animal and plant tissues, and is used together with the PickPen magnetic tool. Each purification takes only 10 minutes. The mini kit is designed to be used with starting material of up to 1000 cells, 30 µg animal tissue or 50 µg plant tissue per prep. The mini kit contains reagents and tips for 96 preps.
For use with PickPen magnetic tools when not working with QuickPick products, PickPen standard tips withstand autoclaving to ensure DNAase/RNAase free conditions. To avoid sample cross-contamination, new tips should be taken for each sample. Note that Bio-Nobile's QuickPick kits include all tips needed for the number of preparations specified for the kit.

The PickPen 8-M magnetic tool offers the same benefits as the PickPen 1-M but allows parallel processing of 8 samples. The device is suitable for use with QuickPick™ kits in microplate applications.
